1. MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED, IS THAT NORMAL?

The order is processed within 1 to 6 working days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days .

If it has taken less than 14 working days , you just have to be a little more patient, your item is on its way!

If your entire order has still not arrived after a maximum of 14 working days , please contact us so that we can investigate the tracking number and resend the item if necessary.


2. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, click the Track My Order link and enter your tracking number. It was sent to you by e-mail within 6 days of the purchase.

If you do not have the tracking number, please check spam, if it is not there, please contact us so that we can give you more information.


3. DO YOU SEND ABROAD?

We only ship to Norway and the United Arab Emirates at the moment. We are working on opening another store for other countries.


4. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team by email with a photo or video of the problem that has occurred and we will send you a replacement item immediately. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), please check your spam, we reply to 100% of the emails we receive. If you have not received a reply by email, you can contact us by phone.


5. I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OF AN ITEM, CAN I SEND IT RETURN?
