Submit a return request
To initiate a return, please contact us by email. We appreciate your feedback, so please include your reason for the return, which will help us improve your future shopping experiences. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the return process.

Print and affix the attached return label securely to the outside of your return package. You can then deliver the package to your nearest office for dispatch. The first return for each order is free. All items in their original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To reduce extra shipping costs and reduce the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend grouping the items you want to return together. Please ensure that you send the package within 14 days of submitting your return request.

If your order is eligible for the Ozerty Purchase Protection Program, we will quickly reship your items at our expense. You will receive a confirmation when the new shipment has been made, and we will make sure to prioritize your package over other orders so that you receive it as quickly as possible.
