If we are unable to deliver your order by Ozerty's latest estimated delivery date, you will receive a NOK 70 credit within 48 hours of that date. This credit will be issued via email as a promotional code and can be applied to your next order.
Immediate reshipment for damaged items
If you receive your package and discover that any items have been lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that we will quickly issue an immediate reshipment for those items.
Immediate reshipment if package is lost
If your package has no tracking updates for more than 15 days in transit, you have the option to request a free reshipment. In the event that the original package is eventually delivered to you, you are welcome to keep it at no additional cost and there is no need to return it.
30-day undelivered reshipment
If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you can request a free reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend it. If it arrives later, you can keep it at no charge and there is no need to return it.
