How does this mixer work? First put all the ingredients in the jug and close the lid. Press the button on the top to turn on the mixer. Then press it again to turn it off when the batter is well mixed. Make sure the batter has enough liquid to mix properly. Then hold the jug over the middle of the frying pan, and squeeze the handle. A hatch at the bottom of the jug opens, so that the batter can pour out evenly! Release the handle to close the hatch when you have enough batter.

Since the pitcher is transparent, you can see how much batter you have left. The mixing jug also has handy measuring scales on the side. These include ounces, cups and milliliters.
