Revolutionary stimulator for the abdominal muscles

I am a SENIOR Citizen for sure; haven't been exercising in 20 years. I figured this device would be a good way to start on getting myself in better condition.
I was right! This package has not only the abdominal patch but smaller patches I can affix to smaller muscle groups or individual muscles as well. I have had the system for only about a week and I am surprised by the early results. I'll add a good surprise - I can feel the beginning stages of having sore muscles like back when I was on my College intramural basketball team and we had conditioning drills four days a week. I have applied the ab patch 6 days over the past week, which is more often than I will be going forward. I think with any of the attachments, 3-4 days per week is sufficient.
I am pleased with these early results however the real reward will be after say, three months. I write this review after a week because y'all would like to hear feedback on the initial stage and there are actual results to report. I recommend this package for anyone and especially those who, like me, have put off exercise for an extended period. This makes getting oneself into better/good physical condition much more acceptable for me and likely others. It's well worth the relatively low cost.
